A garage converted to an apartment. It feels like home close to Disney theme parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, Island of Adventure, and Universal. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home. It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet, 30.6 square meters. No smoking of any kind, please. Pets are welcome, 1 pet only with a $25 charge per stay, it must be included when the reservation is made.

The place was originally the garage of the house converted to an independent apartment.

The place has a Central Air conditioning Unit with a thermostat inside the main house, if the guests feel cold, there is the option of space heaters inside the place for their convenience.
