First we had to wait till 400 P.M. to check in. 2nd we had to use a card key to use the elevator 3rd even the front door was locked unless you had a key card to get in. Breakfast was not very good compared to the price we paid for the Hotel.

Upon check in, we had to wait to be buzzed in to check in, after we were sent to our room with our room key to operate the elevator. Took wrong elevators, got stuck, finally to our room, broken chair, bathtub that wouldn’t turn off(steady flow of water running) and a very strong perfume smell. Pool/hot tub area is sunrise to senset and that left us no time there in the evenings as we prefer. Also asked for 2 extra pillows as 3 per bed and 4 of us traveling would give us each 2. The front desk told us sorry they don’t have extra pillows.

If I can leave this place a negative 100 I would. Terrible customer service!!!!! The guy in the front was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. According to him the hotel does not guarantee parking for its guests. We paid almost $180 for one night and when we were coming back from Disney around 11:45pm the parking lot was completely FULL. When we asked the concierge guy at the front he said that a new club opened up next door and the people at the club took up the hotel parking and that us paying customers had to park across the street at the Brazilian steakhouse and WALK back to the hotel! Unbelievable!!! We had to park there and hope our car wouldn’t get broken into. The concierge guy said that they weren’t liable for any damage or theft to anyone’s cars. DOZENS of hotel guests had the same problem and had to park miles away since the parking lot was full of stupid club goers. Apart from the parking ordeal, the room was dirty and smelled muggy. The bathroom was filled with mold in the bathtub, as well as broken lights and no wastebaskets anywhere but one small one outside of the room. The pool and jacuzzi also closed at 7pm, which was ridiculous! Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs!!!!
