Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a security box for your peace of mind, while the second bedroom is perfect for groups with two bunk beds (four total) and its own full bathroom. The living area provides additional sleeping space with two sofa beds and a Smart TV ready for your Netflix accounts.

Cooking is simple in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a gas stove, refrigerator, and all the basic essentials. For those needing to stay connected, the home is outfitted with 40mbps fiber optic internet, making it a reliable spot for remote work or streaming. You'll also have access to a shared rooftop deck featuring a shallow wading pool on the rooftop of the building

Capacity: Accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably (additional charges apply for groups over 6).

Amenities: We provide a hair dryer, iron, beach and bath towels, and a security box.

Parking: Five shared spaces are available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Water: Purified drinking water is available for purchase at 50 pesos; please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!

We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

Free street parking is available.

Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm

Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
