Es un hotel para solo dormir a pie de la quinta, algo molesto el ruido de los antros, no familiar por lo anterior descrito, servicio bueno, instalaciones viejas que podría mejorar....

Nos robaron en la habitación, no solo fuimos nosotros también como a 4 cuartos más en la noche al prever se metieron a robar a todo el tercer piso y el hotel no se hizo reporte dable ni porque según tienen cámaras de seguridad mal lugar cero vigilancia

Place functions as a store front for tequila store hotel is run down and uncared for, air conditioners do not work, had to changed rooms 3 times, there is no security ..room has no latch to insured noone is going to break in . Not worth price of $40. A night. More like 10$, water is poor

It was at the center of 5th Avenue. About 50 feet from the shopping Mall. A huge plus. Unfortunately it did not look like the pictures online. A bit of small little flies, and place humid. This did not sit well with wife.

buen servicio de parte del personal, y precios muy económicos, sin embargo las instalaciones no fueron las que esperábamos ya que en las páginas de reservaciones y en Google aparecía otro hotel y al llegar y darnos cuenta que no contaba con alberca ni a la orilla de la playa nos sentimos un tanto estafados, buscamos cambiarnos de hotel ya que era la primera vez que visitábamos playa del Carmen, por cuestiones de tiempo y por no batallar por un reembolso al final seguimos con la reservación que y teníamos pagada, sólo les pediría se cambiaran las fotografías para que próximos viajeros no pasen por la misma experiencia

El lugar esta excelentemente bien ubicsdo sobre la quinta avenida , batallas mucho para dar con el hotel porqur no esta a la vista , esta atras de una tienda de tequilas y tampoco parece hotel, no tiene parkin como muchos hoteles y depas dr la 5tha avenida , la primer habitacion que nos dieron estaba horrible peor que motel , despues pedimos cambio a una suite y esa si esta agradable con un aumento de tarifa aceptable, pero que pasa si esa suite esta ocupada? Sinceramente nos ibamos a ir de ese hotel a buscar otro y perder el dinero ya gastado , la suite esta de 8 de 10 muy pasable , las otras habitaciones un 3 /10 , muy chicas y muy nada agradable a la vista , las instalaciones del hotel nada que ver con las de las fotos de intdrnet , , lo unico bueno es la ubicacion de ahí en fuera les recomendo un hotel tucan en la 5tha avenida se ve muy bien por fuera ( no entre ) pero una excelente fachada y de precio accesible

Pros: location (close to everything), clean rooms, hot water, cold air conditioner, friendly staff. Cons: also location - hotel is right on 5th avenue so it's close to lots of clubs/bars, it's super loud at night, very hard to sleep. My family stayed for 6 days, I had a room on the second floor, my mom and dad had a room downstairs. They said it wasn't too loud in their room. I suggest asking for a downstairs room if you stay at this hotel. Rooms were good for the price. I would recommended this hotel to people who plan on going out to the bars at night or heavy sleepers.

It is impossible to find. It has no signage. One must pass through a Tequila store... NOT a Zen anything as in the photo, which is not the entrance, anyway. The location is very good, and considering that, it was not as noisy as it could have been. The A/C worked fine. The refrigerator froze everything. Worst of all is that when I realized that I seriously overtipped, I found 5 minutes later that the larger amount had been removed by the desk clerk and replaced with a token amount. But when I confronted her about it, she returned the overage, but I doubt the chamber maid got anything.

FRAUDE!!

Ninguna de las fotos corresponde al hotel en la actualidad. Hotel viejo, sucio, descuidado, con mal olor (a mugre) , sin limpieza ni mantenimiento. Tuvimos que rentar otra habitación en otro hotel, ya que este parecía un hotel de paso o guarida de malvivientes.
