Al llegar falto un poco de comunicación para que me dieran acceso a la privada , posteriormente el primer departamento estaba un poco sucio y un aire acondicionado no servía ,se reportó y nos cambiaron a un departamento nuevo totalmente diferente , fue sumamente cómodo limpio ,tranquilo y seguro , nos encantó , si lo recomiendo

Una excelente opción en Playa del Carmen, en un complejo exclusivo todo en excelentes condiciones. Fue llegar y decir WOOW, todo super bien, los colchones comodísimos, la ropa de cama de muy buena calidad, limpieza y comodidad insuperables. La atención del administrador fue de lo mejor, con calidez y amabilidad. Sin duda alguna regresaría, altamente recomendable, realmente tienes lo que ves en las fotos y un poco más.

Excelente departamento familiar

Nuestra estancia en Playa Suites Apartament fue agradable. El departamento tiene lo necesario para una familia de 5 personas, los espacios son suficientes para poder estar cómodamente. El costo del hospedaje es bastante accesible, la atención de Franco fue excelente!

Increible!!!! todo de lujo, limpio , moderno, equipadisimo , los anfitriones al pendiente en todo momento , lo recomiendo al 1000%,cuando regrese a Playa sin duda eligire esta opcion, para mi gusto mucho mejor que un hotel .
