Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already set up. If anything comes up, we're a quick message away.
The Neighborhood:
Hawthorne is one of Portland's most walkable and iconic streets - lined with restaurants, vintage shops, and the kind of indie energy the city is known for.
ÂżPor QuĂ© No? is a neighborhood staple for tacos and margaritas - expect a line, but it moves fast and the outdoor patio is worth it. Jam does some of the best brunch on this side of town. Maruti is our pick for a sit-down dinner - vegetarian Indian food with housemade everything, and they do gluten-free naan in a tandoori oven. For coffee, skip the chains and walk to TĆv - an Egyptian-Turkish coffee shop featured on Netflix's Somebody Feed Phil, with cardamom lattes and cushioned seating that feels like a different world.
When nobody can agree on what to eat, Hawthorne Asylum solves it - a food cart pod with 20+ carts, a full bar, fire pits, and covered seating. Everyone picks their own thing and meets at the table.
A few of our favorites nearby:
đź ÂżPor QuĂ© No? â Portland's favorite taqueria (the Bryan bowl is a must)
đł Jam â neighborhood brunch spot, go early on weekends
