EV charger is a sham. They advertised it included, which is why i booked. (Other extras are listed as a surcharge). It doesn't say any details, just takes money. No review or approval. Took $26 for a slow charge, which later quit. Got very little juice. Complete waste and deception by the hotel.

Entering premises was great. Checking in was great. Upon entering room the remote didn’t work. Tracked down a staff member in the hallway. Got that fixed. Thermostat didn’t work. Curtains were hard to open/close. Gym was closed. Training for a marathon and that was one of the reasons this location was chosen. I do not see it listed as closed still on the website. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 am. Check out stated 12 on our reservation. As did the door. 9am. We had stayed out late from a concert. Didn’t get in until 1:30am. They knocked at 9am. Bed was good. It was clean. Safe. Parking. But there were issues.

Excellent in every way except the “heated pool” was ice cold. Management did address the issue immediately but, it was too late for us to enjoy the pool during our stay.

Poorly managed. Does not provide amenities that are included in your stay. Overpriced and management is happy to provide bad customer service.

The place was nice I was charged an extra 150 incident charge then told before we got there they said we cold extend our stay after that they tried to get us to add two more days or check out completely unprofessional staff

Dear Guest, We require a $150 security deposit at check in per reservation. This amount is returned to the guest at time of check-out. There is a maximum number of 4 guest per room. I am sorry, if you were misinformed.
