This was one of the worst places I have stayed as far as upkeep and quality. We thought we would pay a little bit more for a quality stay in this location but it failed. No wifi, the walls were so think I could hear the other person sleeping, seriously snoring, the bathroom door had a hole in it, things were broken in the room and in the building itself. We had always thought Hampton Inn was decent. This was the worst. AND I have a rash after sleeping in the bed. We should get our money back and be paid to sleep there. I have never left a poor review, but this place deserves one,This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in terms of upkeep and quality. We expected a better experience by paying a little more for a quality stay in this location, but we were disappointed. There was no Wi-Fi, the walls were so thin that I could hear the other person in the next room snoring loudly. The bathroom door had a hole in it, and several things in the room and the building were broken. We had always thought that Hampton Inn was a decent choice, but this experience proved otherwise. To make matters worse, I developed a rash after sleeping in the bed. We believe we deserve a refund and compensation for enduring such a poor stay. I have never left a negative review before, but this place certainly deserves one, and others should be informed about how awful it was. and others ought to know just how awful it was.

I called the hotel directly the day before to book a room. The gentleman said they had no rooms as they were all dirty. I asked him "will they not be clean by tomorrow when we check in" and he said well there are no rooms as there is a sport function going on. So, at this point I went to Hotels.com and was able to book a room for the next day with no problems. Upon check in we had to ring a bell and wait for someone to assist us. I noticed a sign on the counter stating that the fire alarms were not working but they had someone patrolling the area. I never saw anyone patrolling, nor did I see any sign that there was a sport function going on. The parking lot was never full the night/day we stayed. Went to our room and there were no washcloths, no shampoo or body wash in the shower, only a bottle of conditioner. Went to the front desk and rang the bell for assistance and was given washcloths and towels.

We don't have the opportunity to travel much. I have photo proof. Fire alarms out of order. Under fire watch. Never observed the watch rounds. No hot food at breakfast. Laundry machines out of order. Extremely disappointed. Had asked for towels and bathroom towels and amenities. They gave extra pillows once I said 2nd guest is a disabled vet.

We reserved an ADA room and the first room wasn't clean when we got there at 5pm.They moved us to a 2nd room, but we couldn't get checked in to our room for over an hour because the door wasn't working and they had to call someone to fix it. Several guests were having trouble getting into their rooms. The people working at the desk seemed clueless. They had a posted notice at the front desk that the fire alarms were not working which was alarming. There were a few homeless people loitering around the parking lot which was unnerving. There was no hot breakfast items because the convection oven wasn't working. Overall, the hotel is in mediocre condition and we will not be staying there again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! 1. The first room they checked us into was not cleaned - they did move us rooms quickly but it did not make up for everything else. If this was the only thing and they fixed it quickly I would have been fine with it, mistakes happen. 2. It was very dirty, just everywhere. 3. The fire alarm was not working - is that even legal? 4. The hot breakfast was not working 5. The towels were shredded (literally starting to be see through) and so rough 6. The paint was peeling off the ceiling of the bathroom 7. The room had one cup that was not in a plastic bag 8. The room had one washcloth 9. The little door to the air conditioner was just broken off and sitting there. 10. There was a closet with a huge mirror for a door, that when I opened it the whole door fell off. I am just grateful it was not my 15 month old who opened it, so dangerous. I am sure there were more things, but overall such a horrible experience. I should have known when the couple in front of me in line was leaving without staying the night because they thought it was so horrible.

The staff were doing their best to make our stay a good experience/ short-staffed going the extra mile. 2nd room reservation wasn't booked. Fire alarm broken. No hot food/broken convention oven. Towels & bathmats weren't in room. No Kleenex available in the hotel; used TP instead. Minimal soap/shampoo. Friends got some from what looked like a lost & found box.

There was a sign at the front desk that the fire alarms were not working, a sign on the pool door that the hot tub was out of order, the bathroom light in our room did not work, the breakfast was sad, there was a note that the heating elements were not working so no hot food was available, the butter was a stick in a package, not typical for Hampton Inn.

The elevator didn't work the motel was practically empty. The carpets were dirty, the furniture was very old. The first two floors were closed off so we were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We refused to stay and were given no refund.

Horrible, disgusting hotel. BEWARE

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Air conditioning was not working properly, elevator was broken, so had to take stairs to 3rd floor with luggage.. no soup or shampoo available ( I had some of my own, thankfully). Totally horrible breakfast, sour oj, no coffee, blocks of cream cheese and butter sitting out with no cover or ice. Yogurt in small containers but not refrigerated. This hotel needs to be shut down by health department. I would not feed my dog anything off the breakfast. Front desk just shrugged their shoulders when told there was no soup. Cleaning bucket blocking hall by the stairs and ice machine with no one around. Did not use gym or pool. Ample parking..

The key making machine did not work. There oven was broken. The breakfast was very limited, and what was there was not complete (waffles, but no syrup). No eggs or other usual breakfast items. It seemed that the place was understaffed, as there was no one to see to restocking breakfast items.

Room had a hole in the wall. Pool out of action. Laundry out of action. Dirty towel in the room. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Had an unattended barking dog in the room next door. To be fair, the receptionist did sort the oroblem out by contacting the owners.

There was nothing we like about this place. The pool and hot are not working, breakfast had nothing to eat but oatmeal and cereal. The washer and dryer are out of order. One room had no microwave or fridge no soaps and the air conditioner was not working. We did noticed that two maintenance men were sitting on their phones when we left and when we got back several hours later they were still in the same spots on the phone. Last day leaving the elevator broke and we had to carry everything down the stairs. The elderly were having issues with the dirty stairs that have never been vacuumed. This was not worth the money at all. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Gross place

Terrible !

The air conditioner in my room was broken - they brought a fan , that also didn’t work. The elevator did not work - and even though my bed looked made - it was missing sheets . The best part of my stay was the man working the front desk in the morning . He was apologetic and helpful .
