Check in and out was easy, very friendly staff. Had zero problems. Room was clean enough and dark at night. Bed was comfortable. Kinda noisy when someone walked down the hall, but I couldn't hear neighbors or their showers. Not enough hot water for two of us to shower. Breakfast was good enough, nothing fancy. I feel we got what we paid for, so if ok with average, it's a good place for an overnight stay. Some renovations taking place l, facility is older. :)

Pool and pool area was nice and clean. Staff very helpful. I did NOT like the microfiber sheets. Polyester is not a fiber for sleeping on or in, in my opinion. Cotton is far superior.

Room was as expected, except for problem at check-in

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The hotel was pretty much as advertised. The room was comfortable and clean. Excess noise was never a factor. The free breakfast was satisfactory. The on-site restaurant was not as overpriced as many hotel restaurants seem to be. There were a number of good nearby restaurants in any case. My only problem was at check-in. I showed up 15 minutes ahead of their published 3 pm check-in time. I was told my room wasn't ready and to please have a seat in the lobby and someone would let me know when it was ready. There was another gentleman sitting there who had already been told the same thing. It is a good thing I had brought a good book along to read. About an hour later a member of the hotel staff came out and apologized and said our rooms were still not ready. It was until about 4:30 pm that I was finally able to get into my room. What were the housekeepers doing this entire time? Obviously, there was no communication with them to change whatever order they were cleaning the rooms in. Very strange and disappointing. Especially considering how many other people checked in and went to their rooms while the two of us kept waiting and waiting.
