Had a really greay stay. Really warm and friendly welcom by Téa on reception followed by a really friendly bar tender. Clean and spacious room. Great room service, very prompt and polite. Only slight negative was the sausages in the morning didn't taste of anything, obviously poor quality

Short Getaway 60 th Celebration

Was a very nice get away with friends and celebrating a friend at 60 at the Hotel. Ambience was great and had a very great Time. Look forward to Visiting the hotel again if given a good discount as I came all the Way from America.

Helpful staff , despite some IT issues. The lobby and restaurant were spotlessly clean. The hall way to our room could do with somw TLC, and the door to pur bathroom was the same. Gym was small with not mich kit there but the pool looked nice- no kids after 7pm.

This hotel exceeded our expectations but mostly due to the attentive and amazing staff. They were all so lovely and the restaurant staff catered to our needs to the fullest. The kids eat free options were great. The halal option on the afternoon tea was exceptional. We will definitely return again in future. My children enjoyed their stay immensely. Specifically Ishak at front desk, Barbara and Rishu in the Storyboard restaurant and chef Milton.
