Fisherman’s Cove is a true beachfront retreat on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key, nestled between the turquoise waters of the Gulf of America and Blind Pass Lagoon, which connects to Sarasota Bay. Guests can fish directly from the shore or lagoon, kayak, paddleboard, or simply soak in romantic Gulf sunsets from their lanai or the beach, just 150 feet from your door. The area also offers the best shelling on the island.
Walk south along the beach for at least a mile of undeveloped shoreline or continue all the way to serene Casey Key. Free boat docks are available for guest use (trailers must be stored offsite—contact the on-site office for nearby options).
All Fisherman’s Cove units include cable TV, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, heated community pool, kayak launch, boat slips, and assigned parking. No pets allowed.
A variety of restaurants are within walking distance, and additional shopping and dining options can be found in nearby Crescent Beach (2.5 miles) or Siesta Key Village (7 miles). Free island trolley service and tip-based ride services make exploring the island easy and convenient. Off-island, you’ll find diverse neighborhoods and popular destinations like St. Armands Circle and Sarasota’s cultural attractions—all within a 15- to 30-minute drive.
Fisherman’s Cove is adjacent to Turtle Beach Park, which features a boat ramp, picnic area, and grills. Our gated community offers peace and privacy—away from the crowds and traffic—yet close to everything.
Don’t miss a visit to Siesta Key Public Beach, famous for its powder-soft white sand made of 99% pure quartz, carried over millennia from the Appalachian Mountains. Sarasota also offers rich cultural experiences, including the Ringling Museum of Art, the Circus Museum, Ca’ d’Zan Mansion, and the enchanting Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
