This unit is perfect for a business trip, short stay or a small vacation with easy access to Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, and TorontoWe use the ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION lamp more than 30 minutes during each cleaning. Efficient sterilization, remove formaldehyde odor, purify the air. We take care for our guests and provide safe environment.This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.Coin shared Washer and Dryer with supplies.Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colours may differ from the photo.

Quick visit for a music festival
Great place in a nice little town. Bakery and cafe downstairs was a very nice addition. Had some issues with security deposit check in process but otherwise would highly recommend.

Lovely Area
We were extremely happy with how beautiful this unit was and how friendly the locals are. We were in town for our great nephews wedding and within a few mins drive of the venue. Food around town was also tasty. Beds could have been a bit softer but overall not too bad. Thank you for your hospitality. Our check in gal was a sweetie!A kureg and working teakettle would also have been appreciated.There was an alternate coffee maker however.😊Thanks again.

Nightmare Rental
We needed a property so my daughter could recover from surgery and was required to be close to Ottawa in case of complications. The host/management company charged us a higher rate than our VRBO conformation (I have the evidence) in addition charged us undisclosed fees. Both admitted there war an error but neither would fix the problem and blamed each other. The Host's management company Simply Comfort doesn't have an accurate description of the fees and process and communicate very poorly and also was very rude when contacted. The pictures of the unit do not reflect the actual furniture in the rooms as well as the mattresses were very uncomfortable.
