This charming 3-bedroom + loft Snowmass home offers the perfect mountain getaway, ideal for families, friends, or anyone seeking ski-in/ski-out convenience and unbeatable value. Spacious living areas, private outdoor decks, and top-notch community amenities make this property perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring the Aspen/Snowmass area.
Located just two blocks uphill from Snowmass Village Mall, the RFTA bus station, and a variety of shops and restaurants, this home puts the best of the village at your fingertips. The free gondola connecting the Mall to Base Village makes accessing all Snowmass attractions simple and convenient.
Inside, the main level welcomes you with a newly remodeled stone-floor mudroom, perfect for storing ski gear, and a new washer/dryer for mid-stay laundry. The open-concept living room features two large couches (one pulls out into a queen bed), a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV with Comcast cable, and plenty of board games for family fun. The fully equipped kitchen has new countertops, a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a dining table for six. Step out to the private deck with seating for four, a propane BBQ, and a peaceful mountain stream nearby.

The loft area with bunk beds is perfect for kids or extra guests. On the third level, two additional bedrooms feature new comforters, pillows, and private decks. The spacious master suite includes two closets (one walk-in), a private deck, and a wood-burning fireplace. A shared master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, and a two-person sauna provides the ultimate in relaxation—please note the sauna is currently not working.
Guests also enjoy fantastic shared amenities: two hot tubs and a large heated pool with lounge chairs, all accessible with a key from 10 am to 10 pm. Parking includes one deeded space, with additional winter passes available, and the RFTA bus provides free transportation to Aspen, Base Village, and other ski areas. It was a good location. Very poor design 28 stairs to get to the bedrooms on top. Very small family room and kitchen. The bedrooms all have bathrooms down the hallways. I thought they were attached. And the fourth bedroom is a closet. Super super small!

Great Location

The location is great. It is literally 20 steps to the pool / hot tubs and an easy walk to the base area. The unit is very nice and parking is conveniently nearby. Our only complaints are: The 2 bedrooms on the top floor lack screens for the patio doors which made the inhabitants of those rooms uncomfortable. It would have been nice to be able to leave the doors open at night and enjoy the cool evening air during our stay. Also, the 2 larger non-stick frying pans need to be replaced as they are no longer non-stick.

Not Family Friendly - overrated

This house is more suited to a bachelor party or group of adults than a family with small children. When we arrived, the towels were wet, including all of those hanging up as well as the towels folded in the drawers and laundry closet. The railing on the stairwell is definitely not up to current code requirements, as our 3 and 7 year old could walk right through the ten inch spread railings and could have jumped or fallen to the landings below. The loft, as stated, is a loft, but what is not stated is that the child age decorated bunk bed is a jump away from shaky single paned glass and the ledge that overlooks the living room below. Don't expect to have the main TV on while anyone is sleeping in this loft. Or to get any sleep after sunrise, as there were no shades or draperies to cover the window over this precarious ledge.

Aspen Snowmass Vacation 2024

We had an excellent experience at this location. It is right in Snowmass village. Two sets of stairs down the hill puts you right in Snowmass Village. We were 50 yards away from the slopes. This unit is also right across the sidewalk from the jacuzzi and pool. The bedrooms were all sizable with very comfortable beds. Kitchen and family room are on the 1st floor with a nice sized deck and a great wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has all the modern amenities. The entrance on the first floor is set up perfectly for removing ski boots and ski apparel. The skis lock outside on the entrance porch for easy access to the slopes. The 2nd floor is nicely laid out with full bedroom and a bunk room. The bunk room is perfect if you have kids as the high ceiling in the living room allows you to hear the kids in the bunk room. The third floor is the master bedroom and third full bedroom. Again the layout is excellent for everyone. We were a family of five and really enjoyed the condo. Skippy the property manager was outstanding. He kept us informed, answered any questions we had and gave excellent instructions to help us enjoy our stay. We look forward to going back.

We stayed at this property for our wedding and could not be happier! it is in the prefect location and close to the village mall. The property fit us all comfortably and the communication with the manager if we needed anything was a quick text away! would definitely stay here again!

Convenient ski location

Enjoyed the condo. Several issues, broken ice maker and ski lock not functional, were fixed. Need to update description of the condo. One bedroom had queen bed frame but double mattress, does not work for two people. Only one of two bedroom closets was available, and not large closets. No storage for clothing other than a rod in the closet, no shelves or dresser. Ended up putting on the floor, not ideal. Kitchen ok, we did minimal cooking and it was functional.

Amazing Stay for the new year

Our family of four stayed here for 5 days of skiing. We had the best time and the best snow! The condo was roomy and comfortable and the ease of skiing at Snowmass was the best. Just a 2 minute walk with our skis and we skied down to the Village Express lift. We had a couple of questions about the place and Skippy was easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Location!

Great location

Overall great stay! We went with a group of friends and it was the perfect size. Kind of small living room space but we didn’t really spend too much time in there. It was in the perfect location to explore snow mass or jump on quick bus to Aspen! Would stay again!
