Among the best customer service (every staff member from reception to cleaning staff) I have experienced. Suite was recently renovated since my stay four years ago. Spotlessly clean! Plenty of kitchen supplies, terrific bathroom, good size bedroom, comfy bed...better than many more expensive suite/extended stay hotels I have been to.

Staff was decent but not super friend or helpful. They do not advertise that only certain rooms come with “free” wi-fi & they are the more expensive rooms. They have no ice machines but also offer no ice trays or automatic ice maskers in the room. The place is decently clean and up kept.

I arrived after booking the trip months in advance to be told that my room reservation was not being honored - no explanation, just to call Hotels.com - which is not even an option- and ended up having to book elsewhere an pay hundreds of dollars more due to last minute.
