There was hair in our bathtub and hair in our towels. We wanted to use the steamer in the room, but it had mold in it. The pool area also smelled like feet and there seemed to be a plumbing issue because the water around the pool was not draining.

Property is clean and new. There was not a good job of explaining that it was pretty much mandatory valet at $29 a night. We had two separate plumbing issues in two days. The heat/ac was terrible. We either froze or were too hot. Seemed to be no middle ground. Dining was ok but far too expensive for the quality. No microwave in room. However, they will bring you one for a charge. I’m have a child with Celiac’s disease and have to travel with food for her. Their restaurants had no gluten free accommodation. Overall too expensive for what we got. Will just stay in a casino for a fraction of the price next time.
