Had no body wash. Took them over 24 hours to fill it. Bags went missing for 3 hours until they found them again. Items stolen out of room by room service. Worse hotel experience, especially from Vegas. Would not recommend staying here do to not trusting staff

1 hour wait line for check in. I didn’t get checked in until 1:30am on 3/19. I paid for an upgrade $40 a night. When I got my upgraded room my room had no water. The room was dirty and had a disgusting restroom. There were facial hairs on the floor and was overlooked. Horrible experience
