The outlets were loose, did not hold a plug, in three rooms. The tv/remote did not work in two rooms. No dining. No cleaning until check out.

The stay was good booked threw motels .com but they added a 85.00 charge for no reason at the motel so I would check my bank account before you leave they did say they would refund it but have not received it

Western Carolina Prespring Break 2024
My Wife and I decided to find a last minute deal through your company. Our son attends Western Carolina. We decided to schedule a spring break before spring break. We would reccomend this hotel as long as you get your staff a raise. They were short staffed. This isn't always good on the weekend. We are looking for another return visit. Your suite really supported our stay along with entertainment of our television and games while our son visited us.

I’ve stayed here several times. No real issues, but the trash in the hall on the 4th floor was overflowing (not messy, but a large quantity…pizza boxes and carry out boxes) and wasn’t picked up the last two days I was there. I know they’re slightly short handed, like many businesses today. But the staff is always great, and the little business computer and printer for guests was a huge benefit this trip. That more than makes up for the issue of pizza boxes, etc. I’ll be back.

I have stayed at this property several times as son goes to college nearby. This visit was different. Checked in and staff was great. Went to room couldn’t get TV on, then when we did could not change volume. We left for dinner and returned and my key not working, luckily had second key. The temperature dropped and went to the heat on, nothing couldn’t change temperature, turn on system. Was planning on saying something when I checked out but desk was empty. I couldn’t wait.
