This clean and cozy basement guest suite is central location. This suite is a 15-minute drive to downtown Vancouver ;a 5-10-minute walk to the 29th Ave, Nanaimo & Renfrew Skytrain station. It is 5 mins drive to Trans Canada Hwy 1. Public transit bus within 1 block to connect you to 3 Skytrain stations. Local restaurants, Superstore, Walmart, Community ctr with gym, pool, park within 5-15 min walk or less than 5 mins drive. The unit is fully equipped with two queen beds, working desk, 65" smart TV for your chilling time and cooking needs and toiletries, It has everything you need so you don't need to pack much. This unit is also professionally cleaned. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, affordable and homey place for our guest to experience a stress free environment and for our guest to enjoy visiting our beautiful city. The unit have dedicated high speed internet for the unit therefore it is great and fast internet for working remotely. The host lives upstairs with two 8 lbs toy poodles. It has a door key pad lock for self check in and out. Free laundry washer & dryer located the detached garage. If you need any help with anything, we are here for our guests. We will ensure you are taken care of as we focus to ensure excellent customer service. We are happy when our guests are happy. It would be our pleasure if you give us the opportunity host you.

This clean and modern apartment is located on a quiet street within a 10min walk to Renfrew Station that connects you to the rest of the Downtown area. Access through the beautiful backyard and you will find modern appliances (Smart TV, Air Fryer, Induction Stovetop), remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed sheets and a helpful guide for local attractions and restaurants. Susan did an excellent job communicating and making sure guests feel at home. I hope to stay again the next time I'm in Vancouver.

Very cute apartment with several parks nearby and an adorable koi pond. Susan was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome. We were encouraged to feed the fish and also pick from their garden. We would definately stay here again next time we visit

Vancouver Vaca

Stayed in this while we were in town for a concert a Whitecaps game. Enjoyed how close it was to Renfrew station for the skytrain to make getting downtown fairly quick. Unit was clean and had all amenities including full kitchen setup that we used for a couple meals. Would recommend!!
