In a nice neighborhood, very comfortable bright master bedroom on the top floor in this house, have your own bathroom, when there's a third guest or fourth guest then we can set up a XL twin beds.There is also a closet. Share Kitchen, living room, dining room backyard and laundry area is a shared area, Portable air conditioning. Laundry area in basement. We will provide Cooking utensils and cutlery. We could set another single bed for fouth guest as picture shows

Large room and clean. Spare futon bed was really comfy with a foam topper. Queen bed was a bit soft but nice sheets and an extra blanket if needed. Towels were large and fluffy. Kits beach

We enjoyed the tub and quietness of the house and neighborhood. Everything was delightful. If I had to give a suggestion on how to better improve I'd say outdoor light to see key pad at night and maybe parking infront of home but if thats all i got, highly recommend.
