Nice clean room, recently renovated. Friendly staff. There was renovations going on but did not disturb us. The front flood lights were a little obnoxious, streaming in the window even with blackout curtains closed. The breakfast had a number of offerings. The usual eggs and sausage. Would have liked to have seen some bacon or premade omelets. All in all a great stay. We will return.

This property was about to undergo a much needed renovation starting with the 3rd floor. The breakfast offerings were limited. The mattress was in need of replacement . The biggest inconvenience was that we were unable to access the wifi without the assistance of the front desk clerk. When asked for instructions she said it would be easier to do it herself. Since it wasn't intuitive, written instructions for wifi access should be available in the room or given at check-in.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The room was nice and clean. The hotel was undergoing a renovation so there were some issues finding a working ice machine and the room phones did not work, but of course everyone uses cell phones so not a big deal.

There is construction going on and the noise was unbearable and we talked to management, got a refund (talked to your rep today) and got a room in another hotel. They were very nice and understood. It should be at the top of their website and on yours as well to let people know. I have a video of you want. Quite comical actually.

Overall, our stay was excellent. Beds comfy. Friendly staff. Elevator was out, no biggie, but inconvenient. Tub drain was clogged. No smells in the room, quiet, convenient to shopping, highway, and restaurants. Breakfast was good quality, but they need some equipment upgrades.
