"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We expected the pool to be bigger in person- the photos make it look like a large pool. It isnt. Regardless the slide was a huge hit. The kids said it was the best pool slide they've experienced even though they scrapped their feet and knees on the pool floor as its not very deep. The hot tub was a good temperature. Our toddler enjoyed the shallow end of the pool. The mushroom waterfall looks really cool but the water comes down with a lot of force and is quite loud. Luckily there is a button to turn the mushroom on/off. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and courteous."

"This was the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. Had a lovely shower, comfy beds and pillows, and really friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Upon arrival, they noticed it had been my birthday within the last couple of weeks and offered a complementary upgraded suite! This was lovely as it was unexpected. There was also a complementary coffee machine and a hot breakfast, both with many options and some different things than you'd usually find in a complementary breakfast buffet. Really great experience and we'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel was advertised as having a pool but was closed for the entire 4 nights that we stayed there. When we first checked in they said the pool would be open the next day. This was not true as the pool never opened. If I had know there was not going to be a pool I would have booked somewhere else."
