Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully updated. Every detail reflected the quality and attention to service you would expect from a high-end luxury hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, quiet, and provided a perfect place to relax before our flight. One of the biggest advantages is the convenience of being located directly at the airport, but what truly sets this hotel apart is that it feels like a luxury destination rather than just an airport hotel. This was our second time staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend the Fairmont Vancouver Airport to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service."

"I booked Pinnacle because it was one of the more affordable options over weekend that was going to be very expensive in Vancouver overall I was very satisfied the room was nice large and mostly clean the hotel is showing its age everything is a little dated from the rugs to the doors Etc but that was fine and I can see that they are planning Renovations so I'm sure it will be better in in the near future breakfast was great I really enjoyed the restaurant area and the staff were very kind to us and our young daughter I would stay again as the location was very Central"

"Very basic and not in a great area, had to uber to get anywhere as not an area you want to walk from to anywhere you want to go. But staff super friendly and room fine, except the blinds don’t cover the window so light comes in from the street all night."
