"Great central location The biggest challenge was the ability to get on an elevator. There are multiple banks of elevators for each wing of the hotel. 6 elevators in each bank. Only 2 were working on the day we checked out. We spent 15 minutes waiting. Finally put one of us in the elevator with the luggage and the other took the stairs down 19 floors. "
