I haven’t had any issues with Hampton inn before and it’s usually one of the nicer hotels for its price which is why I chose this hotel to stay at. The best part about our stay was the staff, they were very kind and helpful. This hotel needs to be renovated or something because it’s very clear it is an OLD building, the smell was so bad it just smelt like old carpet everywhere. The lights would buzz and flicker every time we turned them on like straight out of a horror movie. The sheets also smelt old as if they hadn’t been washed or touched in months. I love Hampton inn but this type it was a huge NO for next time 😥

Snowed In at Hampton Inn

We traveled from Cleveland and got caught in a Lake Effect Weather Event 4 hours from our destination. We checked in to ride out the storm. The property was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy and breakfast the next morning was hot on a snowy morning.

Staff was rude. They were shocked when I had a question. I did not know rooms were cleaned every other day. This is ridiculous. Desk left unattended. Checking out at 7:00 am took 30 minutes. There was a sign saying staff away for few minutes. Ridiculous.
