Staff is great, friendly and personable, will go out of their way to accomodate your needs, love that. Easy freeway access and a few fast food choices nearby ... good location for the fairgrounds too

Better than the 6
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOverall it really wasn’t that bad. I was disappoint in the fact that the hot tub was only seasonal. Hot tubs are year round in my opinion. The front desk misunderstood me when I had called and accidentally cancelled our booking. But she was able to make it all work along with someone from hotels.com so it worked out. Just frustrated we had to go through a process to get it back. Other than that things were alright. Also the breakfast was pretty plain and there was no garbage can in the dining area.

I understand the area was affected by the winter storm. Isn't it a good opportunity for your business? Why did you let us reserve a room same day, and have no one at the front desk? You said you would be back by 11pm. Did you know that I waited until 11pm for 6 hours? I ended up sleeping in the car. Excellent job. Thank you.
