We are treated very well and kindly by Elmer. We didn't think we would be able to take the bus to our Banff excursion, but since we arrived at our check-in time so late, he made sure to reserve us a shuttle bus. I sincerely appreciate this man. We'll return for our upcoming trip to Banff and Banff Inn Lodge is my favorite to stay. 😊
