The staff and service were excellent and food was great. The hotel rooms are clean but the walls are thin (older buildings). Fireplaces in the rooms are very cool but the parking and other amenities are not up to par with other hotels in the area.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the outdoor hot tub. My only complaint is the staff. They were polite enough, but there’s just no warmth or genuine-ness. It all feels forced. It’s like you can feel they’re nice to your face and smirk behind your back. As an ex staff member I can only hope that they are treated the same in the future.

I always enjoy staying at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. The dining options are great and the rooms are cozy. I love that every room has a wood burning fireplace!
