Staff at check-in were friendly, accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Room was very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Underground parking is large and easy to navigate. Also, we enjoyed having access to Good Earth threw the lobby.

Beds and pillows excellent. Room temperature excellent. Great location. IGA next door. My only minor constructive feedback is that the shower was warm not hot and the hot tub was warm. That might be done for safety/liability reasons.

The housekeeping did everything requested even though when it was a late request. We enjoyed our stay. The washroom exhaust isn’t adequate I don’t think also the shower base seems to either have spots of wear and tear or just need a good cleaning which can be resolved, very minor but not aesthetically pleasing. Would visitor again

As a first-time visitor to Banff, I really enjoyed my stay at Elk + Avenue. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. The bus stop was literally across the street. The staff was super helpful and friendly (a big shout out to Shirley!) and the onsite restaurant was delicious. I would come back again.
