Phenomenal. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, location is perfect (right next to the Main Street shopping) with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop attached. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we come to Banff - finally a hotel that’s worth the price you pay! This is the first stay in Banff where our hotel hasn’t been disappointing in any way. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience here, and we’re already planning our next visit! If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would!

Excellent location with easy walking distance to Banff Avenue restaurants and shops. The best part is the outstanding staff. They are friendly, go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Not the first time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last.

The “regular” rooms have zero views. First room I had had a window with view on a roof and AC units. Second room had a view to a wall 4 ft away. The smell entering the room was musky. Hallway and room ceilings are low. Pipe sounds are loud and you can hear people in the hallway. Pictures online are very deceiving. The look and feel of the lobby is not what you will get in your room. Parking was great though.

Can't beat the location. The lobby is very modern, and the rooms are a little dated, but it was spacious and comfortable. Limited parking for oversized vehicles so if you have a truck then call ahead. Would definitely stay here again.
