Front desk agent seemed occupied or didn’t want to be there during check in process at 7pm. Restaurant didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Ordered grilled cheese with Swiss. 1st time came out with cheddar, 2nd time came out with pepper jack. I had to order something else because you don’t have Swiss cheese. It was kind of ridiculous. Room was clean but poor craftsmanship. Bathroom ceiling peeling and a really bad caulk job. Pro tip for gcpm or engineer- use tape when caulking. The shower diverter needs to be replaced because it was really hard to get warm water without burning you. I would have engineering check and see what the temperature of the water is at. It should be 125 for hotels.

The hotel itself was good. Front staff wasn’t very nice. However, be prepared for the deposit on your stay. They don’t tell you, not even the front desk said anything. It’s $250. That’s my only issue. Thankfully we had that but I want prepared saying it was not a hotel like that.
