Publié le 27 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaRien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct!

Weekend Project Getaway
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsOur weekend trip to Boonville, was quite relaxing. Our stay at the Isle of Capri was pleasant. Our room was comfortable and we love Brew Brothers Restaurant. We will be back for future stays in the area.

Staff was horrible, never at front desk, our room did not get cleaned. When we asked about cleaning we were told you had to request housekeeping.

Like that they brought back the older slot machines!!!!
Didn't like that the waitresses stop serving at the table games early.......had to get up and get your own drinks and I asked someone and got pulled over to the side and threatened to take my drink.

This property is shared with a casino and definitely smells like cigarette smoke, but the room itself did not smell. The food at the restaurant was very good

Going Down Hill
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsRight away, the alarm clock was broken. Maintenance ultimately partially fixed it. But then the alarm went off on its own at 6am - waking me unnecessarily. Then, one of my towels had holes in it, and all the towels and bedclothes smelled like accumulated humanity. My conditioner bottle was almost empty. The shower curtain that keeps water from flowing on to the ground was unsnapped, and there would have been a big puddle in the bathroom had I not fixed it. The mattress collapsed under my weight until I was sort of sleeping in a bowl - it hurt my back. I presumed there would be breakfast of some sort - but there wasn't anything available.
Everyone was very nice though. Just... a kind of run down hotel with questionable maid service.
