Vinny was very helpful and went out of his way to help us pay months ahead of time over the phone and check in early once we arrived. The entire neighborhood is in the heart of the city's best Italian cuisines and most other destinations were walkable. Will definitely return for more fun!

100% 5 stars -- except one thing. Great location, STELLAR STAFF, beautiful space with everything you need. Lots of stairs so pack light! Great bedding and towels, kichenette,waters and coffee provided (WITH ACTUAL HALF-n-HALF!) Great shower (dual!) with lovely hot water and heat lamp. Little private outdoor space to boot! We felt like we were in Italy! Only negative was street noise and noise through walls. Trucks early at the crack of dawn ,backing, beeping etc. Folks partying along the street etc. We forgot our white noise machine and our earplugs didn't cover it. But that is the 'price' for a GREAT location near EVERYTHING- we even walked to Fenway!! 100% would stay there again and recommend to others!

From the moment we checked in we knew it would be a great stay. Marcel stayed extra late to hand us our keys because our flight was delayed. After that, we always felt welcomed and our room was serviced (with bottled water) every day. The area was absolutely perfect and we ate dinner there pretty much every night. It’s great distance to multiple T stations and we were able to walk downtown easily. Great option!

I give Bricco a 5 out of 5 stars rating. The property is located next to Hanover Street, which changes from a quiet street with coffee and pastry shops in the morning to a lively nightlife scene in the evening. On one end, you'll find high-end dining, while the other is filled with pubs that lead to the Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall, and beyond.

Employees were amazing and very friendly. Vinnie was fantastic, a credit to the organization, knowledgeable and accommodating. Rooms were spotless, fridge had waters and a cork screw for wine. Bar and restaurant were award winning and lived up to it. The property is part of several other restaurants in the immediate area where you enjoy VIP reservation perks. Location is minutes and a short walk to the subway which can get you to and from the airport and other POI in Boston. Parking would be a problem but I didn’t drive, didn’t have to.

I would recommend Bricco Suites to anyone! It is a great alternative to a hotel and the location is perfect! I will book again when I return to Boston.
