Nice hotel reasonably close to Logan. Very convenient shuttle, service even at 1:00 AM. Awfully expensive ($15) breakfast buffet.

Okay but just not very comfortable

Pros: Quick 24hr check-in and 24hr airport shuttle was great! Cons: The room was not very comfortable. Harsh, uneven lighting, noisy barndoor bathroom, rattly fan you couldn't turn off, cheap quality sheets that felt like tissue paper, no bathroom fan, industrial gray felt walls. I realize these are small things but in the hospitality business, the room should be comfortable and a bit less depressing. The room felt institutional and I was glad we were only staying one night. We were exhausted but didn't sleep well due to the fan rattling all night.

Kind of far, one entrance and exit so if you miss it you’re in for a loop. Long wait in the evening hours. Basic hotel. Nothing special but a place to sleep.

During our first night there was a power outage. The power outage damaged the hot water tanks and we were without hot water for 2 full days. I understand that this was out of their control and they tried to fix it as quick as they can but this was very inconvenient. I was only there for 3 nights and most of my stay we did not have any hot water. Eveyrone should have received a discount or free breakfast or something to show that they were sorry. I paid 2000 Canadian for 2 rooms just to have no hot water to shower. I will not be returning to this hotel and did not enjoy my stay because of this.

Very convenient hotel close to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful and the shuttle was great. Hotel is a little noisy. Would stay again though if close to Logan.

There was parking in the back but there was limited lighting and did not feel safe. Even the front drive up area was poorly lit and did not look inviting or safe. The room was not the cleanest. Could not get the bedside lamp or phone to work and when checking the plug, it was extremely dusty and not clean. The bedside table was dusty, baseboards were dirty. That made me feel that the room was probably dirty on a whole.
