The staff were very nice and helpful. The property itself needs a lot of upgrading. Beds were comfortable. Rug and upholstered chair were in desperate need of shampooing or replacement. Bathroom had cracked floor tile and small ants roving occasionally. Limited towels, no floor bath mat, but towels were changed out daily.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Got switched to another room that had insect/rodent droppings under the mattress. Sheets were stained. Staff's response was "Well mam this isn't a 4 star hotel". Floors weren't even swept (pubic, head hair) left over food in microwave

Bathroom floor had cracked tiles; sink was old, scratched, and looked horrible. When I first entered the room it appeared clean and presentable. No phone in room to tell the front desk. When I went down to inform front desk person, there was a person already being waited on so I left.

Would’ve given us a 4+ or five rating except for the bathroom. The tub is in need of repairs as are the walls and the showerhead needs cleaning and fixing up. Otherwise, the room was not too bad. The clerks at the desk were very helpful this morning while I was trying to work and then check out. They get kudos. B’Fast is basically coffee and snacks.

The good: comfortable beds, plumbing and heating worked, quiet. The bad: No closet or clothes hooks, no hair dryer or iron, minimal personal care supplies, no meaningful breakfast, short on towels and extra blanket, generally well-worn furniture and carpets. This motel needs a major overhaul and a few amenities that shows they welcome and appreciate guests.

We pulled into the parking lot and I thought this would be a great hotel. Upon making my reservation, I stated that we needed a downstairs room as my husband has mobility issues. (not in a wheelchair.). We were told that there were no downstairs rooms available and no elevator and we were put on the third floor. Also no phone to reach the front desk in the room, no coffee maker, the bathtub and sink drain very slowly. We got a king size bed and when I moved the pillow, I discovered that there was a full-size headboard attached to the wall. I mean what? Also big stains on the carpet in the room. I definitely would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this property. We were unable to move to another hotel because of the late nature of our arrival. Currently seeking a complete refund for our booking. Also the A/C was not working properly.
