This is the best resort I’ve stayed at in Cancun! The beds were really comfortable. The food was actually good! My kids loved the room service app and ordered soooo much room service. The pool facilities are kind of small and could use some rehab, but there was a crew out there cleaning it every single morning. The rooftop has two pools and two hot tubs, a full bar, and a grill where you can get something to eat. It’s a lovely spot to spend the day or night. It’s a smaller resort, but because it is small the staff quickly learned our preferences. My favorite staff member was Ernesto, who brought me mimosas at breakfast because he knew I liked them! I will absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is being shut down in September I believe to be remodeled. It’s old. I’d hold off on stay till the remodel. Staff was great. Food was alright but 5 out of 6 dinners took 90 mins to two hours out of the night so be ready. Also, cleaning services left our room door open. The hotel confirmed it was their staff that did it. They offered us $70 credit if we signed an NDA agreement. Yeah that’s not cool. Feel like they could have done better than that since they left all of our cash and passports open to anyone. Our room was also located in front of the elevators so many people had acess.

The stay was amazing, the staff and service made our stay extra memorable. The best feature about the resort was its size making everything accesible within arm's distance and also giving beautiful view from both the directions. I am happy that we choose this property over other wider known options.

Desperately in need of renovation. Could not look around our room or the property without seeing damaged floors, walls etc. Resort credits are a scam and can only be used for a few things (like a $700 USD couples massage). Very disappointed to see swimming with dolphins being offered in 2025 as it is absolutely inhumane. Do better Palace Resorts! Upon check out we were told there was a $61 USD charge to our room for cigarettes (we don’t smoke) and a hand bag (we didn’t purchase). Lots of arguing, proving signatures and bracelet ID’s. Won’t be going back knowing people can just charge crap to your room and foot you with the bill. I will be checking my credit card to make sure we aren’t charged.

This was my first time staying in this resort and if I had to describe it in two words I would say it was very good. Number one what I liked about this resort it was their beach, beach is beautiful. Number two, is the staff: everyone is friendly, willing to help and provide the best services. Like every place has its moments, but Beach palace staff will contact you right away and try to fix things up and make sure you are satisfied. Thirdly, I loved how spacious their room was. It had two queen beds and jacuzzi inside the room. Thanks to Expedia, I got free upgrade and was able to enjoy the ocean from my balcony and watch lovely sunrise every single morning. The downside of this resort is that it’s old, it asks for new furniture and design, and good news is that they actually are going to remodel this place soon. And another area they definitely need to improve is their dining, they don’t have restaurants choices (two out of four restaurants are Italian) Since I don’t drink I can’t comment much about their bar, but I saw how busy their staff was taking orders, bringing drinks to people no matter where you are- at the pool, by the beach or in the hallway.

Overall, our experience was positive, with only a few minor areas for improvement. We would definitely consider returning in the future. We felt safe our entire stay and had a lot of fun. The African dance was my favorite event.

The staff was great. Especially at the playroom, which my young daughters loved checking out. The resort was fun and beautiful with tons of amenities, but it was the very thoughtful and helpful staff that i appreciated the most. I would highly recommend this place, if you are traveling here!

The location on the Hotel Zone is perfect. The beach is clean and there are plenty of beach chairs. The rooms are big and all have beautiful views. The best part is the staff, they are all extremely friendly and accommodating.

A bit outdated, but very friendly staff and overall good service and food. Great location by the sea, nice beach. Restaurant Momo was an amazing experience, but you have to be quick booking. Great for families.
