We stayed Monday through Friday and got the adult only swim pool section. Room was fine and pool was nice, but adults only was not heavily enforced. Also, anyone could use the swim up pool not just the rooms beside it. We’ve been to Cancun three times and this is the worst food we’ve had. Staff was very friendly and beach was clean. We would not stay here again. We did not think the money was worth what we got out of the trip.

Do not stay at this hotel. This was an incredibly disappointing 5 night stay for my family of four. Firstly, they told me our rooms would be connected (then denied ever saying it later) but were actually on different floors. So instead of staying with my wife on our anniversary, we were a floor away and sleeping with a child each. They could not care less about the situation. They said they would send some amenities as an apology which never happened. The food was difficult to swallow. I also got severe food poisoning from their buffet. The doctor that came to my room preemptively told me it was definitely not from the hotel's food even though we had only eaten there for the last 3 days. The hospital was lovely, actually, and much nicer than the ones in Boston in terms of amenities. The food there was so so so much better than the hotel. Last night, a family held a 2-430 am beach party blasting music right outside my balcony. I called the front desk 8 times during that stretch. I was told security was going out to stop them on the first call. It wasn't until the 8th call that I learned security hadn't been sent and now they would do it. Really highlights how little they care. The hotel intermittently smells like sewage. The balcony door to our room didn't lock. The towels were stained. The pillows need replacing. The hot tubs are cold. There is construction going on that is not disclosed anywhere. I should have listened to the other recent reviews! The serving and clean

Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. Staff is very polite and tries their best to communicate even though 90% of them don't speak English. The dinner reservation booking process is very smooth and you can easily book a reservation with 2 restaurants for ala carte. The main restaurant CUA is buffet only and you can easily walk in to grab a table without any issues. I would highly recommend this property and will also advise on taking the all inclusive only s it would be worth price if you drink.
