The rooms and facilities were spotless. Breakfast was good. Everyone was curtious and helpful. The one drawback was where our room was, a swimup, could be loud. I don't know what was going on maybe night crew but a few nights it was like someone was dragging chairs around loudly another couple nights doors were slamming and people were talking very loudly. I'm not talking about a normal late night at a resort in Cancun but around 2-3 in the morning. Overall though it was a good experience.Oh also they should allow you to get coffee without requiring you to go into breakfast. Your only option is to pay for coffee at Star bucks if you don't want to eat right away but want coffee.
