Do not recommend this hotel. Food is terrible, out of 7 days we had maybe 2 dicent meals, the rest was garbage . All 3 of the family members got sick, even though we were very picky what we eat. Food is reheated 2-3 times, bread is stale , chicken reused in salads next day, potato reheated and looking at the pizza paper that we found , was brought from outside buffet near the pool where it was sitting all day in the heat. They dont know how to use a thermometer - they place it on the bottom of the heated dish. Drinks are all diluted - juices, even soda with what feels like a tap water. Ask for cans and bottles and make sure bottles are sealed . Do not drink anything with ice! Ice looks like is going from the same source- tap water or i dont have explanation of our sickness, last 4 days we ate bread, omlets and fruits .Hotel by itself is nice, but I will never rely on travelocity ratings , the rating is barely 6 , not 8 . Restaurants are a joke , one page of menue including everything , food looks like a reheated TV dinner, IF reheated , but you have to reserve it 24 hours in advance and if you are late they charge $20. Never again.

The outside area of the resort is excellent. Clean beach but rooms are terrible, bathroom was dripping water from the ceiling and the room key door kept giving us hard time to open, we made around 2 to 3 trip to the receptionist area to reactive the key door. Even though we are VIP members they did not change our room due to key lock error. Front staff at the register area were so slow. Waitresses and cookers were amazing. We were very limited to use beach towels

Staff needs work, they seem friendly and welcoming when coming in and getting settled, but after that they seem nice only if you are a good tipper which I was but still it shouldn’t be like that, their customer service attitude we didn’t appreciate they seem like we were doing them a favor of being their, rooms food were great, drink eww to artificially tasting. Only the restaurants made the drinks good, it was a nice experience for my family for being the first time but i would definitely not comeback here for a second time. I would like to try another places

It was our first time in an all inclusive hotel and it was great. The only issues we had are that we were not able to get bottled water from any of the restaurants other than the 2 bottle we get from room service every day. Also there was lack of proper communication on the last day as the breakfast buffet was closed due to a water leak in the room and we were informed it was not available but when we checked out from the room we found that the started the breakfast buffet in another room. It would be helpful if there was a way to communicate these changes. Other that that all good.

Entertainment team around the pool were amazing. Vary varied stuff going on each day and they seem to genuinely enjoy it which must be hard everyday. The service level from all staff is amazing (hotel reception a bit rude at times) but all the bar staff are brilliant and will go out of their way to make whatever drink you want. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained and the beach beautiful. We loved it and will be back next year. A couple from the UK who visited in December 2025.

There was a connecting door between my room and the next room. The soundproofing was terrible. The neighbors were very noisy, it was impossible to fall asleep, and because of this, my vacation was ruined.
