Great location- quick walk or uber ride to many locations. Fun for the whole family- our teenage children also had a great time! A friendly and helpful staff- we saw sea turtles on the beach and planned several excursions with the assistance of the hotel staff.

A bit smaller than the neighbouring properties gives it a closer and more intimate feel while navigating the site and interacting with others and the staff. The beachfront is top notch. The pools were kept clean and inviting. The staff are quite friendly. I read online the resort was built in 2004 and that tracks with the physical condition of the property. It’s obviously maintained well, but shows its age 21 years later. We would absolutely return given the chance.

When I booked this hotel it said fully refundable…if you look for a room it will offer full refund or at least partial….. I missed my flight cancelled with in 24 hours and they refused to refund anything according to expedia so I will not consider this hotel again…or will ever use expedia they were no help.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Most of it was good except their towels. The towels are very old and very worned out. I suggest you bring your own towels. Also, it was very hard for us to get reservations at any of the hotel restaurants. We were there 6 nights and we did not get to eat at any of the hotel restaurants. We really enjoyed the nightly live entertainment. The buffet has a good selecting of foods. The hotel is near a bus stop which makes it easy to go in and out of town. Went with my two young children, ages 8 and 9 and my elderly mother. We all felt very safe. The hotel sits on a very steep hill and it was difficult for my mom to walk up to the hotel. Handles on the side walkway would be very helful for support for elderly people. Other than that, it was a good hotel to stay at.

Everything absolutely perfect. Todo maravilloso. Excepto que no entendemos como habia un solo tipo de cerveza XX equis,Mexico que es un pais con cervezas buenisimas como la Corona y Modelo y no habia ninguna.ni la Heineken internacional. Por lo demas quedamos encantados con el servicio y la amabilidad de todos alli. Volveriamos en cuanto podamos.
