I thought the property was fantastic, the fact that it was adult only with no kids really made my stay with my friends and family quite enjoyable. The facility was fantastic, the food was also fantastic..the selection of restaurants to go and eat from was incredible. Commuting to the mall or downtown was easy and affordable. I honestly have nothing negative to say.

My husband and I just wanted a short getaway and came here for a few days. The hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the smaller pool with the swim up bar but didn’t realize it was there until our third day. The large pool is nice but they don’t play music. The food, overall, was really good. The only restaurant we weren’t fond of was Hidden Garden. Sea Corner definitely has the best view and the food was very good. The room was very nice with a fantastic view. The only issue we had was the smell throughout the halls. I’m not sure what they are using but the smell is overwhelming. It seemed like a combination of ammonia and a room scent. Thankfully it was only on the halls.

The resort was clean, well staffed, offered numerous dining options and pools. The food was excellent. The staff was attentive. They offered room service in addition to all the dining options, which is unusual for an all inclusive resort. We did not like the initial push for a time share from the concierge and it took a VERY forceful “no” to make that stop. We found you also couldn’t make dinner reservations without a butler, but we either went very early or very late, which was not an issue, as we weren’t generally hungry until late. There was also a dinner option to order take out sushi which we did a couple of times. We also made friends with the manager of the wait staff and he consistently made reservations for us at our preferred restaurants when we asked. It is located across the street from a large, clean, high end shopping mall which was convenient, and was a short bus ride from other local shopping, and Mercado 28. We really loved every bit of our stay and would highly recommend this resort.

First time in Mexico, first time @ Live Aqual. Everything was perfect! From the special welcome,to the warm, beautiful Caribbean Sea to the super polite, hardworking staff, amazing food, gorgeous landscape, white sand beach. We had a great time. I felt like I was in heaven & can't wait to go back!

The atmosphere was incredible and the staff very knowledgeable. The food was alright depending upon on what a person likes to eat. As for the activities they had many and kept the guest full of joy and excitement. It’s a great place to go if you just like to relax your worries away. The location is in the right place for those guests who like to have everything close to them. I personally give Live 8/10 stars and will return back to it some years from now.
