We were very disappointed to not receive our VIP upgraded room. The VIP bottle of wine that comes in the room is kind of a silly perk since everything else is all included. The property is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the food is pretty good for an all-inclusive.

The spa-like atmosphere overall on the property was wonderful. Having so many restaurant options on site made choosing difficult. They offer so many activities - the entertainment director was excellent. There were shows and parties every evening. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We attended a wedding at the resort. The wedding coordinator was very hands on and made sure everything was super special! Lunch time had two cookout options as well as restaurant offerings. The breakfast buffet was huge with all the fruits and juices, made to order omelets and pasteries. Even a chocolate fountain . . .for breakfast. Wonderful!
