Do not stay here

I will never stay again. The AC was broken and the toilet backed up the last night. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life.
When I arrived the A/C had water all over the floor
Room was old and not clean. Black hairs in the bathroom and I’m blonde

Wonderful stay for a budget property

Older property in need of some repairs but everything was kept clean and all items in the room were functional. Beautiful views and a comfortable stay for a budget property. Staff were all pleasant.

Pros-ALL staff was attentive and communicative, even before our reservation date. Very helpful. Easy check in. There’s enough parking, small store at main entrance, good pool size, beach access, restaurant on site- with delicious food, and good drinks. Cons- Needs upgrades, it’s an older building and it definitely shows. I got the room with a separate queen bed on a “loft” but it’s a small space, you can’t stand straight. The ceiling had a huge crack. It has stairs with mini steps, without railing.

The check in process is a little strange. We weren't sure if the keyless entry code we had would continue working our entire stay. Older building but clean and all provisions needed were in the room, towels, soap & shampoo, fridge, dishes, etc. AMAZING VIEW from the balcony and beautiful beach and pool area. Peaceful and serene property. Rooms are not sound proof. Heard our neighbors quite a bit. Food & Bev service is slow, but OK... Speaking spanish was necessary... We would come back, had a great time.

This property is Not have all the stuff included as they posted on the Website. NO INTERNET CONNECTED in the room. No Electric kettle, No Griddle, No Cookware/dishes/utensils, No Table, Iron Not working. Balcony is too Narrow to stand, Can Not put your chair. Not Recommended to Stay.

Overall the property was ok. But we had several times when people came in our room whenever they wanted too. Door has a key pad and everyone has the code. I had just got out of the shower and someone came in without knocking to measure the sliding door. They spoke no English and couldn’t explain why they were there. We used Google translate and they asked when we checked out so they can fix the door, so we assumed they would come back after our stay but the next DAY we walked on to get ready for dinner and their was 2 men sitting in our room working on the door. I felt very uncomfortable the rest of the trip because anyone had access to the room.

1st there is no staff to help you for anything.. nothing, no one ever came to clean and everytime I made an appointment they never show up. no interest for about 2 days, no communication with the management was successful cause they didn't care for what it was happening then the bed sheets there wasn't, it was that sheet you put on and they double it cause the mattress did not have a cover for each one, just they double the sheets so you are kinda on your won cause they will only reply on text and its afreaking dessaster.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view, apartment had all we needed. Noisy ceiling fan, it wasn’t working properly as its light kept coming on in the middle of the night. Other than that, we were in the 4th floor directly in front of the ocean.

I wouldn't stay again

the location address is not correct. it shows the property across the street. the taxi driver was not happy, we had to ask someone to find it, and it's not signed. we were early to arrive and had to wait. the reception lady had us wait outside in the heat. the room was not in good repair, a little run down and in need of a make over. there are no good restaurants nearby, the ones near all had very bad reviews, saying expensive, bad service and bad food. they charge a deposit to stay. i don't know if they will refund it or not since they say it could take 3 to 10 days for the refund. we had to leave for the airport, and they wouldn't check the room and tell me if I get my deposit back. the reception lady would not give me a copy of the bill saying to get it online. she was rude. I'd never stay at this place again. beach was nice but all else was very disappointing.
