Everyone at the resort was amazing! Very friendly and went out of their way to take care of us! From Franc at the concierge who helped us plan our Thai Day bed! Enrique our server was top notch! Viktor at el Pino made my husbands birthday trip ‘ everytime we went into the restaurant he knew exactly what we wanted to drink and was on top of it! Manasas another server also provided service beyond anything we ever expected! This is just a few of the staff that made our stay! We will definitely be back!

The beach and location of this resort was perfect. We enjoyed the size and space of the villa our family stayed in, but the furnishings need an update. The food and restaurant options were limited. It was impossible to make a reservation at one of the two restaurants for dinner. The food itself was mediocre, including room service. We liked the size of the resort for convenience, everything is walkable and close by, however, there are a lot of stairs. For those with disabilities or not as mobile, there is no avoiding climbing stairs in certain areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and public spaces were kept clean. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The sand in front of the resort was well maintained. Overall, we appreciated the number of beds and bathrooms in our villa. Each room had its own A/C unit. The resort met our needs, but did not meet or exceed our expectations.

The hotel overall is a nice hotel, dinner on Paloma is literally the same every night and they are very limited on restaurants for dinner, they have so many new staff that don’t know nothing about the hotel it’s really unfortunate. I used to love this hotel when it was OMNI food was amazing a different menu every night but now that its Wymdam everything changed I wouldn’t go back. Don’t recommend it..

This hotel exceeded expectations, providing exceptional service and memorable experiences. The staff was outstanding, and the views were remarkable. The culinary offerings were also impressive. I highly recommend this resort.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone works so hard to serve you! From the restaurants , the pool servers and the cleaning staff. My only complaint was the other people staying there… doors being slammed at all hours of the early morning and late at night … and the walls are paper thin we could hear our neighbors music,tv and phone conversations that were all EXTREMELY loud !!!
