Fine for limited time actually spent at hotel

Stayed here with the dog for an outdoorsy vacation, where I basically used the hotel only to sleep, shower and get my day started with coffee. The room itself was fine - really appreciated having a second exit door directly to the pool courtyard; easy for the dog’s potty needs. Only concerns for room: broken towel bar, low pressure & temperature of water in shower. Hotel property itself needs updating and some TLC. Examples: broken tiles on steps, painting and carpeting. Very limited breakfast options, but coffee was always hot and plentiful. $20 per night for a dog is excessive - there should be just one fee for a pet. I don’t mind paying a little extra for a pet, but the room only gets a thorough cleaning when I leave. The cleaning effort required would be the same for 1 night, ($20 fee) as it would be for 7 nights, ($140). I’d stay here again because it met my needs for the cost.

The room was fine, water pressure was terrible. Lawn needed a good mowing. Room had a faint odor of smoke even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. As I said, it was fine, but, given a choice, probably not again.

Breakfast was a joke. Boxed cereal and nasty counters. The fitness center was closed and was a tiny room anyways. Its a cheap hotel, but room was nasty, I found blood stains on sheets and pills on the floor. Plus the whole place smelled like weed very strongly. My room didn't have near as much stuff as my friends. He had a nicer tv, a recliner, multiple lamps and etc. Just seems like these people dont care about hotel
