This brand new charming condominium at the prestigious AthiMar Condominium Building is situated in the heart of downtown, shopping and a number of restaurants of various cuisines. Footsteps from the entrance of AthiMar, you will find yourself directly on the Seawall Boulevard where you can view the cruise ships, fishing piers, cafes and most spectacular sunsets in the world.

The AthiMar features a number of businesses on the ground floor, ranging from an upscale sushi restaurant, spa, hair and nail salon, 7-Eleven, Subway, Poke Bowl Restaurant, liquor store across the street and 2 major supermarkets on either side of the building. The condominium provides a unique opportunity to feel right at home in a beautiful island setting.

As you will be very near to the sea, shops and restaurants, you do not even need to rent a car. There area number of water sports activities stores and providers near by to assist you in planning for your vacation.

The condominium's property manager, Mrs. Lupita, will be available to answer any questions you have and to help arrange for any activities or requests you may need. This includes a personal chef, fishing charters, diving and snorkeling, car rental, babysitting services and more.

Maid service is included 3 days per week. You can also arrange for additional services directly with the property manager.

Very warm introduction. It is a new rental, and lacked a cutting board, toaster and bedside lamp, all of which were provided within 6 hours when I pointed it out. Impressive. You will need to bring basic spices, the kitchen cupboard is still pretty bare. Good AC. Parking was always available. If you stay her during carnival you will be in the heart of the party, which will mean LOUD music until 2am. Rest of the year will be peaceful. The pool is unheated, and could not be used as a result, it was too cold. Pool area was very nice, otherwise.
