Copper Tree by the sea 436 B
This duplex was constructed in 2020. Brand new and ready for you! 2 Beds and 2.5 Baths. Bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a .5 bath downstairs. Comes fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave! The washer and dryer are located upstairs. Walking distance to the beach. Single car garage equipped with electric car charger. Driving distance to Jedediah State Park, Trees of Mystery in Klamath.
This is a new property and is in excellent condition. This is one of the 4 units that are close to each other. The townhome like setup is very modern and functional. Bedding, both and kitchen were super clean. Laundry setup is new and well stocked. Garage accommodates a full size SUV like BMW X5.
Highly recommend this place.
The condo is new, which is nice! Kitchen had needed cookware, but there was a dirty sponge left behind. Bathrooms are well stocked with towels and the bed was very comfortable. The space is large enough to spread out, which we appreciated! Could use a fan for sleeping, but that was the only thing missing for us. Nice walk to beach and local brewery.
My partner and I stayed here on our recent road trip on the west coast, and overall this was a great experience. The home was clean with new appliances (shoutout to the washer and dryer), and we enjoyed using the lovely kitchen. Check in was easy once we got a hold of the property manager, and the location has good access to Crescent City. The house was what we expected from the pictures online. Great stay for us!
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was so close to everything downtown and just a few blocks from a nice rocky beach. The floors were a little dirty but otherwise everything was really nicely updated and clean. The coffee maker was a Keurig which would've been nice to know ahead of time. Also, we didn't get check in info until a few hours before which was a little stressful. But otherwise it was a nice place and we would stay there again!
This is as wonderful as it appears. New, clean, right near the beach, lighthouse, boardwalk and stores and restaurants. Thereâs even a gas fireplace and a cute backyard to add to the coziness.
We absolutely enjoyed staying here . The house was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen could use a little more baking ware . Our stay was not mapped out for us. I think having a book of suggestions , local favorites wouldâve been nice.
We would definitely stay here again.
We were at the coast staying in a different VRBO in Brookings OR. The weather was beautiful and we did not want to go home. I booked this house with Donna less than 24 hours in advance, asked for early check in (so we would not be homeless). We went directly from one house to another.
The house is as described. New with all the basic necessities. There is only a keurig coffe maker (but k-cups are provided). I would have liked a cookie sheet or pyrex 9x13 pan to put in the oven. There is nothing safe for the oven. Other cookware is very minimal, but I made do.
My kids enjoyed the variety the apple tv had. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer super handy as we did not plan to stay an additional 4 days and only had 2 sets of clothes with us.
Bonus! We limited out on dungeness 2 of the 4 days.
I have shared the link to this house with many of my friends already. We will rent again. We love Crescent City and the house is a score.
Great location, could use more personality and amenities.
We loved the easy access to the beach, town, and Redwoods. The house was okay. Only a couple of years old and used only as a rental and feels pretty vanilla. Very few amenities in the kitchen as has been noted previously. Several of the doors and windows stick. Not sure how long the building and the low end furniture will hold up. No instructions left regarding any rules or how to leave things. We washed dishes and took out the trash. "A" Street is a bit noisy and barking neighbor dogs made it hard to leave bedroom windows open at night.
Crescent City itself has an interesting history. Having information about it and the surrounding Redwoods and beach would be nice and I was surprised not to find any such resources. Donna us running these places as a business and I understand that. I just expect more personal touches when renting a VRBO.
A huge highlight of our stay was the several super friendly and helpful locals we met.
This was such an amazing place to stay! It was so well kept and comfortable. I appreciated the high level of cleanliness that was in and around the home. Donna was so kind to work with as well. I would love to stay here again in the future.
We absolutely loved this place! VERY nice and super clean. Beautiful kitchen and bedrooms were so nice and beds very comfortable. Perfect location to ride our bikes to the beach. And easy drive to Jedediah State Park and the caves in Oregon. The weather was PERFECT!!! I canât wait to visit again and we would definitely love to stay here again! Highly recommend!!
Family of 5, stayed at this property in late June 2022. House is a short walk from a beautiful beach and tide pools. Also close (<1 hour driving distance) to Redwood State and National Parks (which is why we made the trip). House itself is newly built and was clean. It was overall a great place to stay but some areas of improvement could include: all furniture/beds are IKEA brand which is fine but the mattresses were not very comfortable, the house is not very well stocked with kitchen items/supplies, and the house is a duplex with thin walls so you can easily hear normal-level conversations if someone is staying in the opposite side. Otherwise was a fine place to stay and would book again without hesitation.
My husband and I and our 2 teenagers stayed for a week. The house is beautiful and clean and paper products, soap, laundry soap are all provided which is so nice. The only thing I think needs improvement are kitchen supplies. Since we were staying a week we made some meals and there were no pans for the oven, only cookware was provided. I ended up buying a pan at Walmart and then taking it home with me. There should also be a teapot for heating water and some serving bowls. Other than that everything was wonderful. Itâs a beautiful home and we would stay again. .
My family enjoyed our stay here. It's close to the beach, close to a nice park, close to shopping and restaurants. The Redwood park is a short drive away.
My daughter heard the people next door, but I didn't.
There is limited cookware (I didn't see any baking pans and only one large serving bowl.)
They have salt and pepper and taco seasoning but no other spices so if you plan to cook bring your own.
Overall a really nice condo.
We loved this staying here! You could walk to the beach. It was very clean, with plenty of bathroom space. Others included in their reviews about the noise. It is a little noisy, but not uncommon for apt./townhouse living, in a residential area. The only things we didn't like....the couch was uncomfortable, so made just relaxing in the living room not ideal for 4 adults. Plus, the kitchen supplies, like utensils, gadgets, etc, are minimal. Bring your own spices, foil/plastic wrap, etc, if you plan to do your own cooking.
