This hotel had a horrible smell as soon as you walked in the door. We shared the elevator with a door dasher and asked about the smell. Smelled like spoiled garbage. Milk at breakfast tasted spoiled also. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

🌟 Hotel Review: 2.5 out of 5 stars The staff? Friendly and courteous—no complaints there. But the stay? Let’s just say it had character. 🛠️ Woke up at midnight to maintenance banging on pipes to fix a water leak. No warning, just surprise percussion. The front desk was responsive, but a heads-up would’ve been nice. 🚿 Hot water in the shower? More like a polar plunge. Reported it Saturday morning (11/8/25), but by evening—still no heat. Cold showers don’t scream “clean,” no matter how many suds you stack. 🔑 After a long day out, both room keys stopped working. Waited 15 minutes at the front desk just to get back in. Not the welcome we hoped for. 📏 Room 238 felt like a walk-in closet. Was it the Expedia effect? Despite all this, the staff stayed kind and helpful. They were the bright spot in an otherwise chilly experience.
