The room was amazingly cleaned. Toilet scared me when the water raises before flushing. A downside was the room key wasn’t working for 3 days. I had to renew it every time. Breakfast was good but it could have used stronger toasters and meat options

The whole hotel, especially the room smelled very musty. Like that smell when people leave wet clothes in a washing machine for a few days. We literally went to the nearby target and bought some air fresheners because it was that strong. Aside from that: shower was decent, beds were pretty comfortable, the breakfast in the morning had a nice selection, the free parking was also a nice amenity.

No WiFi! It had been down "for a few days", no guarantee it would be back up, so I couldn't cancel and go to another hotel. I wasn't advised when checking in, even when they wrote it on the card key sleeve, giving me instructions on how to login. I was charged a $100 refundable deposit but wasn't told, then found out after checking out, it will be held for 3-5 business days! The beds were horribly "springy". The hallways smelled stale & of stagnent air, the room of mildew after 1 shower! The toilet did not flush properly & clogged. The parking lot was full of vomit spots throughout the area. We were there only 3 nights. Awful, won't be back.

Awful Hotel

Awful hotel it was old and messy, filthy all around the outside and inside and the room was old and carpet dirty with old mattresses that you could feel the springs on them, the hotel is right next the the highway and the room we had was to noisy because of the highway traffic that we could not sleep.Dont make the mistake I did and book a nightmare.

Hotel is very outdated could use a good remodel, during our stay hotel was very dirty found a cockroaches crawling on our bed when we came back from an outing. Other than that the area where it’s at is not bad plenty of things to do and eat.

When we got to the hotel room, there was a massive ball of human hair on the floor, right in the open, looked like the door had been kicked in a couple times, the bed was like laying on milk crates, the "free" breakfast was thawed eggo waffles, extremely over salted scrambled eggs, a small variety of bread, yogurt cups, and three generic cereals. The tv kinda worked, there was ZERO wifi even though was told it was included. Apparently its a separate package you have to buy from them that allows you to use the tv and wifi without issue. Overall, for a $600+ stay for a weekend, this hotel is not worth it. I will not be staying there ever again, and will steer every family and friend away i can. I have stayed in trucker hotels that were a thousand times cleaner and better for half the price. I contacted the front desk about the issues, they have zero people working at night so nobody to assist you.

There was a very large cob web on the corner above my head if you're facing the bed. The carpet was so dirty, my feet were black when I got in bed from the carpet and had to wash them with a washcloth from the bed. My daughter had her own room that I reserved for her and it was noisy from freeway traffic and the window not being properly sealed. Her TV did not work. They moved her for the next night to the other side of the hall. Noise problem much better. This TV did not work either. The shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient, on time and the drop off was very close to the gate compared to the parking garage at Disney. The Shuttle saved almost $40 for parking at Disney. It was only $20 for two by Lyft from Disney to the hotel.

It claims to offer a shuttle, but it runs so rarely and has so few seats we never once got on it. We tried twice and was turned away because of my mothers wheelchair.

Weve stayed at this hotel that last 3 times we came to Anaheim. Yes, it is an older hotel so there are flaws, but our rooms have never been dirty, always smell clean and the staff are always kind. They offer breakfast and shuttle service to Disneyland which is only a few minutes away. It is a great deal for the price of the rooms.
