Couldn't beat the price, but with that comes why it is priced this way. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt considering we were told at check in that they were going to remodel and there was trailers on the property that I have seen at other establishments when remodeling is taking place. I re considered when two couples with children were parked next to us and discovered a needle in the landscaping. I know these situations cannot be controlled, but it is the responsibility of the Hotel to check landscaping for trash and other things such as needles. I couldn't let it go. I worked in the restaurant industry and I do understand that in public establishment you cannot also control every situation. other than the coffee being awful I have no other complaints.

Disliked: Cleanliness
It was adequate and okay for the price point. The tub didn’t drain very well so ankle depth water during shower. Sheets were clean, but full layer of dust on top and back of tv, on top of lamps, headboard, and all pictures. Carpet behind tv stand never say a vacuum. Check in receptionist was unapologetically rude. The pool area and hot tub were nice. Outdoor area was cute and nice but could use some attention with cleaning maintenance. Outdoor cushions desperately need replaced. Breakfast for entire hotel was only 1 hour long from 8-9. Like I said it was adequate for $100/night and pleasant enough, but room felt kind of dirty overall and I do not plan to stay here again. I wished that I had payed a bit more and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express where I have stayed before and had fabulous experience.
Stayed here for a championship swim meet weekend. Started off with there being a pile of dirty towels in the closet and half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for 3 of us. Went down the first morning at 8:15 for breakfast and there was almost nothing left. Everything in this hotel is old and run down. Prices were jacked up do to an event in town. The room next to us smoked weed all night and when I complained to the front desk they didn't seem to care much. The only positive is that the front desk people were polite and friendly. I would not stay here again.
The hallways have very heavy animal urine smell. When you going to the room it's not much better. It was not well kept. There was mold, there was a big hole in the bathtub, stained bedding, bugs, among other issues. I actually had a full-blown asthma attack from the room. We had to leave the hotel immediately. This hotel has charged my credit card two different times and refuses to give my money back
Beds were comfortable, clean room, breakfast was just ok. 3 story hotel 1 ice machine that didnt work the entire stay. Told front desk about it, his reply was maybe we can just unplug it then plug it back in. Well that didn't work the 1st night. Someone else asked if they were going to get it fixed and no reply. It was 94° our entire stay. Not good.

Room door was wide open when we arrived. Employee at front desk was rude, did not say hello, thank you and left me standing there to initiate check in process. Not very welcoming but priority is nice and a good price.

Bathroom had slow water exit.
Break fast over very early
Adequate for our purpose, it was busy and full, but quiet. We didn't hear any hall noises.

Great location. Understaffed. Rooms need serious updating. Keys did not work. Had to move rooms, then only one of the two keys worked. I believe they put us in a pet-friendly room. Carpets were wet. Paint chipping, furniture scratched up. To add insult to injury... the folks upstairs sounded like they were marching most of the evening and early morning. The maintenance man tried to check us out... unable to obtain receipt because he didn't work the front desk. Sad to say, I doubt this hotel will be around much longer.
The most disappointing hotel experience in a very long time. I didn't even want to deal with hotel management about the issues with the room and service. All their towels were stained. Chairs were broken. Couch and tables were dirty. Shower head was leaking and had a wet towel wrapped around it. Old, dingy, dirty, dilapidated and disgusting. I should have been paid to stay at this hotel. I shouldn't just get my money back but also be compensated for having to go through this horrible experience.

First time review
Had some issues with card with door lock. Had the request assistance multiple times, since cards did not work. Room did not have wash cloths or bath soap available in room. Not sure if this is typical of this hotel, since this was our first time staying. Staff was friendly and assisted where needed.

So many problems!
The door keys kept failing So, I had to return to the desk multiple times.
The TV wouldn’t work. ( 2x) And no one answered the phones at reception, so, I had to return to the desk.
There wasn’t a hair dryer in my room. No one answered the phone, so I had to return to the desk. Then getting me a hair dryer was forgotten. No one answered the phone at the desk, so, I had to return to the desk.
The breakfast, the last morning, ran out because the lady running the desk was also trying to put out the breakfast.
I understood that the housekeeping was only every 3 days…. I realize everyone is having difficulty in staffing now.
This is a nice hotel and I have stayed there before. Very sad to have so many problems.
The location is good and the pool and patio are nice. The place is in need of renovation. It is understaffed. The breakfast was bad. Ran out of coffee and milk and butter. Same person ran desk and managed breakfast. Coffee pot broken in room. Drawers would not close and msnager said couldnt be fixed. No chsnnel guide for tv and guide on remote didnt work. Had to go to bar to see nba playoff. Mana b er said statuons in each room different and he couldnt help. Wont go back.
The sink was clogged and my fitted sheet had something on it so I went down to the front desk to let them know and ask for a new sheet. No one Was at the desk so I waited and then I realized he was outside smoking. He finally comes in and I tell him what I need and he tells me they have no clean sheets at the moment and then tells me he has to go to the bathroom so he will be up in 10 minutes to fix it. An hour later I go back down and wait for him to finish his FaceTime call and I remind him of the sink. He comes up puts something down the sink and says not use it for an hour. I remind him again of the sheet and he says he will bring one up. We come back later that evening and I have to go down and ask for a sheet again, but I got it this time. They had one ice machine for three floors that actually worked. Most of the time there was no ice in the machine. One of our key cards wouldn’t work. I found a random extra key card in our room. The dog down hall was nice enough to continuously bark so you don’t over sleep. The public bathroom downstairs had no liquid soap, so they had a bar of soap for you to share. That was day one. Good luck with your trip.
