Great Place!!

This place is great! If you’re a cook you’ll love the kitchen, lots of all the right pots, pans and utensils to put a meal together for a large group! Love the backyard pool, deck and bbq! We used everything and had a great time!! We’ll be back!

Perfect place for two families with small kids!

Great location, quick walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets! There was a beach wagon and 2 beach chairs available for use. A few days of our stay were affected by red tide unfortunately but this was unpredictable and no fault of the host. I was initially worried about staying at a place with a pool with toddlers, but the door to the pool is alarmed and too heavy for young children to open, which was a relief. The pool area maintains a good amount of shade throughout the day which was also a plus. We were so grateful for the pool on the days we couldn't use the beach!

Home away from home

House was huge, bedrooms on three different levels made it very private. Heated pool was great, location was excellent. Only negative was they didn’t give us a mop and we only had one broom if you want to call that a negative 😊

Excellent Property

The house was as described. Located just steps to the beach and within walking distance to trolley stops and restaurants. Beautiful furniture & kitchen was well equipped. The owner thought of everything- even pens & playing cards. It was nice to have access to beach chairs, though 2 were broken. The property management team was responsive and friendly.

Super Swell Life

Just returned home after a week at Swell Life and it was phenomenal! The house is so well outfitted, gorgeous, steps to the beach and with a fabulous pool. The management company was available and responsive and we had a wonderful time! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic property in a great location

This property was fantastic and in a location meters away from the beach. We booked last minute due to a change in circumstances forced upon us and so glad we did. The property is very well thought out, had everything we needed for a great stay and as an added bonus we could walk directly to the beach. We would not hesitate in coming back to this property again and the whole booking process was simple and we were kept updated during our stay. The whole family absolutely loved it. It was just a shame when we had to leave!

Perfect Location

This house is wonderful! It offers 3 suites on different levels and a twin bedroom with an additional full bath. It is gorgeous. The decor is high quality. The pool is just right as well. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach. So nice for runs back to the house on beach days. Restaurants within walking distance and a grocery as well. We definitely want to stay here again!
