Pool, hot tubs, bbq patio area, etc..were gone. A slab of cement they worked on with their jackhammers right outside our balcony. Bathroom door broken anf barely opened. Tv didn' t work. No wifi in room. Stained carpets, junk in cupoards, coffee pot , fan didn't work. The hotel front desk refused to help necause it was kokoresorts room. I called them. They were apathetic, if not actually hostile. They did nothing to fix or accomadate us. Elevator problems, no bell person would help. If there was any. They refused to give us any alternative places, or things to do. Kokoresorts REFUSED to compensate us or give any discount or refund . Don't let them take advantage of you!! Also, we booked through expedia. They were no help either!

fun time 30 stories high

Awesome place overall. The view is stunning, even if it is partially facing the ocean. The toilet has a bidet, which was an experience on its own. Everything worked and was clean, except the tile floor, which was kind of sticky, but a few minutes of wiping on our hands and knees cleared that up. Oh, and it is a 5-minute walk to the beach!!!

가성비는 좋으나 체크인까지 1시간 30분 걸림

와이키키에서 가성비는 매우 좋습니다. 특히 아이있는 (4세 5세)가족여행으로는 이만한 가격대는 없는 숙소같아요. 다만 셀프체크인 이메일을 받지못해 체크인까지 여기저기 알아보고 전화하느라 1시간 30분이상 걸렸습니다. 호텔에서 체크인을 도와주는게 아니라ㅡ 다른 업체로부터 이메일을 받고(키패드 번호정보) 바로 객실로 가는 시스템 입니다. 그래서 평점을 낮게줍니다. 이것만 없었다면 별 5개 입니다. 도보권으로 다 다닐 수 있고 식사 편하게 가능하고 1층에 커피 정말 맛있습니다. 장기로 가실 분들에게 추천합니다.
