The snow and ice were not adequately removed. It made for unsafe entry and exit from the building to the parking lot.

There were crumbs on my bedding. The hot tub only had three working jets. Pool and hot tub water was murky. The sauna was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff.

This hotel is a little gem and is very clean and the rooms and hallways smell so good. Rooms and hallways are very clean. Staff really friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The pool and workout room makes this a perfect getaway spot.
