They couldn’t find our Travelocity reservation and told us to get on a phone to talk to somebody. Then they found it and we had to get back in line. Our bed for 2 was a twin bed and room was tiny. The heater/air conditioner in our room did not work. You get what you pay for

Staff were very nice and courteous. Our room was basic but good for 2 of us. Our bathroom was disgusting! There was hair all over the shower and the toilet was sooo gross! It looked like someone threw up and it splattered all over the back of the toilet lid and under the seat and it wasn’t cleaned. We complained about it when we got there but room service had left for the day. The next day we caught room service outside of our room and she cleaned it right away. Thank god we caught her because they didn’t come to clean the bathroom until Monday and we got there Saturday! The heat also didn’t work the first night we were there but they fixed it right away the next morning.
