Dee provided excellent customer service and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located—close to the Strip yet quiet. The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The only drawback was the occasional strong smell of smoking

Everything was good. Only thing I would like to recommend to staff is to use phone to check if customer is checking out and at what time instead of knocking at the door and opening it using master key if customer did not respond in initial attempt.
